caring for the flock
Leading and training a pastoral ministry team is a great privilege and joy. Through our years of experience in this area we can now offer our pastoral training course, 'Caring for the Flock'. This course is designed to equip church pastoral teams to minister effectively to those who are going through difficult or challenging times in their lives.
The course is divided into ten parts and can be taught across three days or spread across ten sessions if preferred. Some of the areas covered include:
- Introduction to Prayer Ministry
- Lordship, Repentance and Forgiveness
- Rejection, Acceptance and Belonging
- Inner Healing
- Ministering to Marriage
